Terwijl je je door de dag beweegt, jongleer je moeiteloos met verschillende administratieve taken: agenda’s beheren, ramingen in goede banen leiden, het wel en wee van verpakkingsmaterialen bijhouden, kantoormaterialen bestellen, facturatiekwesties oplossen en administratieve taken soepel laten verlopen.
Je tovert de inkomende post om tot keurig verwerkte documenten.
Het mailverkeer heeft geen geheimen voor jou, je houdt alles op de juiste rails
Je bent de lijm die onze teamleden verbindt. Samenwerken met collega’s van andere afdelingen is voor jou een fluitje van een cent. Je ondersteunt ook hun administratieve processen.
