Job DescriptionAs part of the European Commission\'s kindergarten structures, we are looking for several preschool teachers to provide occasional replacements for children aged 3 to 4 years.Your responsibilities include:- Welcoming and supporting a group of children in a relational and educational environment, in line with the institution’s pedagogical project.- Creating a calm, secure and stimulating environment that fosters the well-being and overall development of the children (autonomy, motor skills, social skills, language, intelligence, etc.).- Maintaining respectful and constructive communication with parents to support the integration and growth of their child.- Providing individual attention to each child, especially during key moments (meals, personal care, toilet training).- Being flexible and available to work across different sites depending on operational needs.- Proposing varied and age-appropriate activities that stimulate both motor and intellectual development, in line with the pedagogical framework.- Accompanying children during outings (educational trips, walks, etc.) while ensuring their safety.- Complying with hygiene and safety standards, as well as ethical rules (privacy, confidentiality, discretion).- Collaborating flexibly and proactively with the educational team.- Using the designated mobile application to track attendance, pickup authorisations, medical information, etc.
