Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to coordinate retail logistics operations in Brussels. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for processing incoming deliveries before store opening hours, ensuring productivity targets and operational deadlines are achieved. This position combines people management, operational support, planning, and communication in a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the daily processing of incoming merchandise and ensure all products are unpacked and placed correctly before the store opens.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of 10 to 30 handlers.

  • Coordinating the unpacking, sorting, and merchandising of incoming deliveries.

  • Maintaining a clear overview of activities across different departments and floors.

  • Actively supporting operational tasks when required.

  • Monitoring productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Managing planning, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

  • Resolving operational challenges and staffing issues proactively.

  • Communicating effectively with management and operational stakeholders.

  • Ensuring smooth operations during both peak and quieter periods.

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of English

  • Fixed part-time schedule with no planned increase in hours.
