Job description

As Senior HR Business Partner you support the site in Mouscron. You set up HR processes and guide improvement projects. You advise both managers and employees. You make sure HR policies are implemented effectively on the shop floor. You easily switch between strategy and hands-on work.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving performance, engagement, and employee retention.
Rolling out workforce plans, learning programs, and recruitment.
Monitoring HR and business data through reports and dashboards.
Applying labor law and supporting social relations.
Leading local HR processes such as time registration, employee relations, and audits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor law, psychology (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years as HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law and experience with social relations
Fluent in French and English
Strong communication and advisory skills

Languages

You have a good knowledge of French
You have a good knowledge of English
