Your key responsibilities:
Monitor the quality of (electro)mechanical work on foundations
Organize quality inspections internally and with clients
Inspect and commission ladders and fall protection systems
Prepare deviation reports and support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain accurate inspection records
Resolve operational issues and optimize processes
Work at heights and in various positions
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret technical plans
Strong safety awareness and no fear of heights
Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and delivers results
Excellent communication skills and adaptability
Willingness to undertake training and obtain certifications (e.g., VCA)
Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
Proficient with MS Office and digital tools
