Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic allround employee to join our company. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, both in production and in the maintenance of the workplace and the site. You will primarily work during day hours, but you must also be flexible and available to cover afternoon or night shifts in case of illness or leave.
Your tasks:
• Production assistance: You support where necessary within the production department, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Cleaning and maintenance: You are responsible for cleaning workspaces and the site to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Landscape maintenance: Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and other outdoor maintenance tasks are part of your duties.
• Handling goods and raw materials: You will operate a crane to move goods and raw materials around the site.
• Forklift operation: You will work with a forklift to load and unload containers and perform other tasks that require forklift use.
• Flexible availability: You are willing to work during afternoon or night shifts in case of illness or leave.

Requirements

• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to take on various tasks.
• You are flexible and able to adjust your working hours when needed.
• Experience with crane or forklift operation is a plus, but can be learned.
• You are physically capable of performing outdoor work and lifting tasks.
• You enjoy working in a team, but can also perform tasks independently.
• You have an eye for safety and ensure your workspace is always clean and organized.
