Job description

With over 35 years of experience in the rail industry, we collaborate closely with our global customers to design, manufacture, and maintain cutting-edge solutions onboard over 60,000 vehicles worldwide.
As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our international team of seasoned professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to translate client requests into viable solutions and projects. Serving as the bridge between sales, project management, engineering, and product management, you will analyze client specifications, identify challenges, and propose technically feasible solutions. You will architect both hardware and software solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, including Televic products and third-party integrations. Your role includes documenting and presenting these solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards within set timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Requirements:
-Master's degree in engineering, specializing in software or electronics.
-Previous experience as an engineer or project manager is advantageous.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a creative problem-solving approach.
-Strong analytical abilities to prioritize tasks and work meticulously.
-Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is beneficial.
-Willingness to travel occasionally (30%-40%).
-Enthusiasm for joining a dynamic team in a thriving industry.
