Job description

For our client, a global leader in sustainable transport solutions based in Ghent, we are looking for a customer-oriented Multilingual Advisor. In this role, you will be part of an international 24/7 coordination center that supports truck and bus drivers across Europe during technical breakdowns. You will join a dynamic, multicultural team where collaboration and "thinking outside the box" are essential to getting vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.

  • Take full ownership of international breakdown cases, providing customers with peace of mind from start to finish

  • Act as the central link between the driver, the transport company, and the authorized dealer performing the repair

  • Maintain a proactive dialogue with all parties involved, providing regular status updates and progress reports

  • Apply a creative approach to problem-solving, especially when standard solutions are not immediately available

  • Utilize your advanced language skills to bridge communication gaps across different European regions

  • Collaborate closely with international colleagues across various European sites to ensure a seamless service

  • Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of every intervention in the internal systems
