Job description

Within the Quality Division, we ensure that all Toyota and Lexus vehicles comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. This includes the management of recalls and other proactive field actions to address potential risks in the vehicle population. In this role, you will support a major recall related to the vehicle airbag system, contributing directly to customer safety.

  • Organize and coordinate both internal and external meetings.

  • Manage administrative processes including purchase orders, payment workflows, expense claims, and invoice handling.

  • Prepare, update, and present status and progress reports.

  • Contribute to developing and maintaining efficient operational procedures and administrative standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English is required.

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage due to regular communication with headquarters in Japan.

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with external partners, such as suppliers, international group companies, motorsport teams, and drivers.

  • Skilled in preparing materials and reports that support daily operations and project tracking.

  • Open-minded, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your responsibilities.

  • Able to communicate clearly to achieve alignment and produce concise, easy-to-understand reports.

  • Flexible and adaptable to a variety of administrative tasks.

  • Experience with Oracle or similar systems is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Languages

You have a perfect knowledge of English
