What does the job entail?
As an orderpicker, you play an important role in our logistical flow. Your tasks include, among others:
Picking orders and preparing them for shipment
Internal transport of goods
Ensuring everything runs smoothly You will start in one department and gradually learn the entire process. Over time, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments and grow within the company. Maybe you'll be our next team member!

Requirements

Who is Toyota Looking looking for?
No experience is required, as we provide thorough training! However, we do expect that you:
Can work in two shifts (05:50–14:00 & 13:50–22:00)
Enjoy being physically active
Prioritize safety for yourself and your colleagues
Can get to work independently (public transport is unfortunately not an option with this schedule)
Carpooling is encouraged!

Languages

You have a good knowledge of English

For a distribution center near Sint-Niklaas, we are looking for a Quality Engineer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all products and processes in the distribution center, aligned with corporate requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<br />You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of our products is guaranteed by focusing on temperature management processes (to be in line with inbound shipping, outbound shipping, and storage temperature requirements) and inspections related to regulatory requirements such as MDR/IVDR/Swiss regulations, UK regulations...<br />You will collaborate with other departments (such as supply chain, manufacturers, business units, regulatory affairs…) and will also be leading/participating in various quality assurance projects in line with, but not limited to, temperature management and MDR/IVDR regulations. Through this, you will help implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/process quality and operational efficiency in the distribution center.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />- Develop and implement temperature management processes, inspection processes, … to ensure product quality and safety & develop and maintain documentation related to these processes<br />- Monitor and analyze temperature data and other quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<br />- Investigate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues via CAPA and NC management and implement corrective actions<br />- Implement impact assessment and change controls related to these processes<br />- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance temperature management processes, inspection processes in line with regulatory requirements…
