Job description

Our customer is seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage and maintain our large-scale logistics centers across Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our facilities and technical installations.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and remedial maintenance for buildings, machines, and installations.
- Manage and implement asset management systems and inventory for facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Coordinate vendor performance, conduct audits, and manage technical service contracts.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics operations.

Requirements

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Works, or related field (or relevant experience).
- Experience with facility management and technical installations (HVAC, power, lighting, etc.).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations and health & safety standards.

For a distribution center near Sint-Niklaas, we are looking for a Quality Engineer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all products and processes in the distribution center, aligned with corporate requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<br />You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of our products is guaranteed by focusing on temperature management processes (to be in line with inbound shipping, outbound shipping, and storage temperature requirements) and inspections related to regulatory requirements such as MDR/IVDR/Swiss regulations, UK regulations...<br />You will collaborate with other departments (such as supply chain, manufacturers, business units, regulatory affairs…) and will also be leading/participating in various quality assurance projects in line with, but not limited to, temperature management and MDR/IVDR regulations.
