Job description

Our client is an international, people-oriented organization at the heart of the food supply chain. In this position, you contribute directly to efficient supply flows and operational continuity within a dynamic and complex environment.
As Supply Planner, you are responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound flows for a refinery site and for planning activities with an external filling partner. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and translate data into clear plans and improvements.
Your responsibilities
Create and execute short-term supply and production plans
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics flows
Manage planning with third-party partners
Monitor KPIs (costs, service, complaints) and initiate improvements
Manage vendor invoices and ensure correct and timely payments
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and align solutions
Support reporting, analysis and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or logistics
Fluent in English and Dutch
Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment
Communicative, collaborative and accountable mindset

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
