Job description

Conformity of Production (COP)

  • Prepare and make application to Authorities for COP statements and track to ensure timely receipt.

  • Study and update/establish Regulatory requirements to new/existing pan-EU procedures.

  • Support the team to further enhance the framework to ensure Regulatory compliance of our EMC's.

In-Service Emission Conformity (ISC)

  • Support the team to prepare, plan and coordinate the execution of emission testing of in-service Toyota/Lexus vehicles in cooperation with TME R&D.

  • Support the planning and execution of EMC audits to ensure Built in Quality and regulation conformity.

  • Maintain export parts Quality system, conduct monthly meetings with EMC's and take action to coordinate timeous closure of quality issues in conjunction with export Suppliers.

  • Identify and implement breakthrough ideas to support/develop our team in the digital transformation journey to bring improvements to our operations and cooperation with related divisions.

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English (TME's business language)

  • You have a University degree or higher Education in Engineering

  • Having working experience, ideally in the Quality, Regulation or Emissions related area is an added value.

  • You have a keen interest in vehicle manufacturing and regulatory compliance

  • You have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • You are proficient in using Microsoft O365 office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). Power BI is an asset

  • You can demonstrate creative thinking to solve complex problems with attention to details

  • You are an accurate, diplomatic and transparent communicator towards our EMC's, TAA in Europe and our mother division in TMC

  • You deliver results on time

  • You are familiar with ISO9001 and Quality Management Systems

  • You are willing to travel (up to 30%).
