Job description

We're looking for a proactive Management Assistant to provide essential support to the departmentleaders and ensure seamless daily operations for the team. You'll play a key role in managing administrative and organizational tasks that keep the department running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
Efficiently manage the calendars of senior managers, including directors and VPs
Organize and coordinate a variety of events such as meetings (internal and external), conferences, business lunches, conference calls, travel arrangements, project gatherings, and team activities
Act as a communication hub, liaising with both internal colleagues and external partners
Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence to keep information flowing smoothly
Handle day-to-day operational duties such as office supplies inventory, workspace and equipment allocation for team members

Requirements

You hold a bachelor's degree in office management or a related field and have relevant experience in a similar role
Highly organized and an excellent communicator, you excel at juggling multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
A dependable team player who can also work independently, showing initiative when needed
Tech-savvy with solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams, and Microsoft Edge
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage

Languages

You have a perfect knowledge of English
