As a packaging operator, you will be responsible for the efficient packaging of our high-quality products while following established quality standards. You ensure a smooth flow on the packaging line and perform quality checks to guarantee a perfect final product.

Your Responsibilities:
✔ Set up, start, operate, and adjust fully automated packaging lines.
✔ Monitor the proper functioning of the lines and propose improvements to your team leader when necessary.
✔ Solve minor technical issues or provide accurate information to the technical team.
✔ Ensure high-quality standards and conduct necessary quality checks.
✔ Perform additional tasks as needed, such as cleaning your workstation and replenishing packaging materials.

Requirements

Experience in the food industry and with automated packaging lines is a plus.
Strong technical insight and attention to detail.
Quality-conscious with good communication skills.
Willingness to work in Wielsbeke.
Flexibility and readiness to work in a two-shift system.
A team player who excels in collaboration.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
