Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for distributors, integrators, and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle (bidding, planning, execution, and commissioning).
Project Coordination: Oversee project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementation.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software with client infrastructures, meeting all tender/customer specifications.
Risk Management: Proactively address risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Collaboration: Work alongside technical and product teams to align on project requirements and customer experience.
Budget Oversight: Monitor financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability.

Requirements

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in project or program management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and technical proposals.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue generation, cost management, and identifying business opportunities.
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
Experience in AV, conferencing, or technology sectors.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Familiarity with systems design and integration.
Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish).
