Your Role
As a CRM Specialist, you play a strategic role in shaping and optimizing the customer relationship journey. You will:
Maximize the value of CRM systems across the organization.
Support business teams in defining their requirements and translating them into concrete CRM functionalities.
Prioritize developments based on business value and alignment with the overall strategy.
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CRM tools, systems, and processes.
Ensure high user adoption through training, communication, and clear documentation.
Provide actionable insights by building dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders on testing and validating new features.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a sales, digital, or data-driven role.
Fluent English communication skills; French is a plus.
Affinity with CRM platforms and a keen interest in process and data optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

You have a very good knowledge of English
