Job description

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their international team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll support internal and external stakeholders with complex technical challenges. You'll be part of a diverse support team that operates 24/7, playing a key role in improving product quality and customer satisfaction across global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with colleagues to analyze and resolve technical and diagnostic issues
- Providing support to dealers in your assigned language region
- Communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including engineers, designers, and service teams
- Navigating technical documentation and software systems to deliver accurate solutions
- Monitoring and identifying recurring issues to contribute to structural improvements
- Logging deviations and supporting root-cause analysis
- Continuously updating and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

- Has a background in automotive engineering or has gained equivalent technical knowledge through hands-on experience
- Enjoys solving complex problems and can interpret detailed technical documentation
- Understands system interactions and how software applications operate
- Communicates effectively and thrives in cross-functional teamwork
- Is committed to continuous learning and self-improvement
- Is fluent in English and at least one other European language (ideally French, Italian, or Spanish)
- Speaks additional European languages? That’s a plus
- Is flexible and open to working in a rotating shift schedule
